Shipping and Returns

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options.

Orders are usually processed, fulfilled, and then shipped by USPS within two weeks of confirmation. If for any reason your order is unable to be fulfilled within that timeframe, you will be notified by email. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. Make sure that your shipping address is correct. Support + Local is not responsible for any orders lost, mishandled, or misplaced by USPS.

Your shipping information, including tracking information, will be sent to you after your order is fullfilled. Please note that it typically takes less than two weeks to fullfill the order. However, since all orders are made to order, we allow some additional time.

Once your order has been shipped, please refer to your tracking number and contact USPS directly for any shipping updates.

Please refer to the size charts and the description of the product for each item. 

Returns/Exchanges

We want you to love your Support + Local items. All items are special order. There are no refunds or exchanges at this time. However, if you need assistance with a damaged/defective item, please email us at infoshoplocalshop@gmail.com with the subject: Damaged/Replacement and include your order number, picture of damage/defective item, and your name.
